Prior to the commencement of the service: you can cancel your order for services at any time prior to the commencement of the service. To do so, contact our support team with the details of your order.
After the start of the service: If the service has already started, full cancellation is not possible. In such a case, only unused stages or parts of the service can be refunded, if this is stipulated in our contract.
Refunds are possible if the service has not been provided according to the agreed terms or conditions.
If the service has been partially performed, a refund is possible in proportion to the amount of unperformed work.
Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after the refund request is approved.
Funds will be refunded to the same payment system through which payment was made.
Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been fully rendered if they are in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions.
If the client violates the terms of the contract (e.g. does not provide the necessary information for the provision of services), no refund is provided.
